Grant Fleming is a Director and Financial Advisor at Baird, where he works closely with individuals and families to help them make thoughtful financial decisions through all stages of life. Since beginning his career in 2011 in the Financial Planning Department at Hefren‑Tillotson, Grant has developed a planning approach centered on clarity, practicality, and genuine dialogue. Whether clients are preparing for retirement, navigating a business transition, or coordinating multigenerational wealth, he focuses on building strategies that are understandable, intentional, and aligned with their goals.

He enjoys figuring out how things work and finding ways to improve them—whether he’s refining a financial plan or tackling a project at home. Outside the office, he spends most of his time with his wife Courtney, their daughters Claire and Brooke, and their dog Nala. He’s often outdoors running, golfing, skiing, or simply enjoying time with family.
Grant is actively engaged in the Pittsburgh community. He serves on the boards of United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Heritage Community Initiatives, and Butler Country Club. He also remains involved with organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society—where he was recognized as Man of the Year in 2021—and UPMC Children’s Hospital, along with other local initiatives.
